Colors vary from screen to screen based on settings and your printed products may look different from that shown on your computer screen. Due to screen variations, we cannot guarantee that the printed colors will match those shown on the buyer's monitors.

REFUND& EXCHANGES

There are no returns or exchanges on downloadable items. However please feel free to contact us if there will be any issue, we'd be happy to help you. Please ask your questions before purchasing. Due to the electronic nature of the product and it's ability to be reproduced,refunds are not offered. Please reach out and contact us prior to leaving any negative feedback as we are confident we can always work something out.

NOTES FOR EDITABLE PDFs

• Your PDF file will include editable text boxes, which can be customized to your own wording using Adobe Reader. If you don't have Adobe Reader, it is available for free download at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

• Please refer to instructions included in download for more details. Please note that other than the editable text areas, no other text/artwork elements/layout will be editable.

• Files can ONLY be edited with Adobe Acrobat on a computer (not phone/tablet) free download at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

• These are PDF files ONLY –cannot be saved as JPEGs. But if you need in JPG files, please contact us, we'd be happy to help you.

• MAC users need to open file directly from Adobe Reader, NOT from Preview.

• Make sure your print shop opens the files in LATEST version of Adobe Reader. Any other programs will ask for a security code.

• Please do not send us message in the"notes to seller"with instant downloads. These orders go straight into completed orders and we do not see the notes. If you would like to get in contact with us, please send us a convo message.
